ifc2gis is an (experimental) web app buit on several open-source libraries (see here). It allows converting IFC files to other GIS formats (GeoJSON and GeoPackage, for now). Your files are not sent to any server, they are processed on your own machine! So, no privacy concern. Remember that this is a work in progress, thus not perfect! Any feedback is more than welcome.
Just drop your IFC file, choose your export format, set the EPSG and press Convert. Once finished, download the converted file. For convenience, you can also drop a GeoJSON file to output a GeoPackage (gpkg). If it runs indefinitely (over 20min for a file above 100MB), it probably couldn't handle your file. Just refresh the page and try another one. Finally, the EPSG management is not working great on GeoPackages yet. But all this will improve over time :-).
